From option period and title work to financing, final walk-through, and closing day, she manages every step of the process with precision and care . She stays in close contact with clients, title companies, and lenders, sends weekly updates, manages timelines, and makes sure no deadline or document slips through the cracks.

Kim is more than just a master of timelines and checklists. She lives in North Dallas with her expert-DIYer husband, who can fix or build just about anything, and together they keep life interesting (and busy!). When she’s not coordinating closings, you’ll likely find her tending to her backyard chickens or tackling the next home project.
